INFLUENCE OF INTEGRATED FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION ON PUBLIC PROCUREMENT PERFORMANCE IN THE COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF BARINGO, KENYA
